BioESC (Biosec Digital Innovation Proprietary Limited) is a health innovation and science communication enterprise operating at the intersection of clinical science, digital health, education, and diaspora collaboration.

To close the gap between clinical evidence and community-level health outcomes
BioESC is building for Africa, beginning in Botswana as an anchor market and national launch platform. Southern Africa is the first scale pathway, strengthened by African diaspora expertise.
Registered in Botswana (UIN BW00009676828) and also trading as BioESC in the UK, our organisation brings international expertise to local healthcare challenges.
BioESC's flagship Chronic Kidney Disease and Non-Communicable Disease (CKD/NCD) Prevention Programme is being advanced under the Botswana Economic Transformation Programme (BETP), coordinated by the Ministry of Finance in collaboration with the Ministry of Health. In May 2026, the Ministry of Finance formally confirmed the project's engagement under the BETP to support inter-ministerial coordination and the progression of enabling requirements as it moves towards implementation readiness. The programme is a private-sector-led initiative aligned with Botswana's national economic transformation and high-income vision.
Diaspora Community Partnerships are central to BioESC's founding philosophy: connecting African diaspora expertise to health innovation at home through practical, evidence-led collaboration.
